Cantiere delle Marche Debuts at Festival de la Plaisance in Cannes and presents new "Vitadimare 3", the first model of Darwin Class Specie.
Ancona, 29th August 2011. The Cantiere delle Marche shipyard, a recently established builder of Italian leisure craft, and specifically displacement-design yachts in steel and aluminium, announces its debut in Cannes, at Festival de la Plaisance, where the Italian shipyard will present for the first time the new 86 Darwin Class yacht “Vitadimare 3”. The new yacht totally matches with the Darwin Class features: extra-thick steel plates, design and construction details normally found of ships with lengths of more than 40 metres that allows the yacht to achieve great results in autonomy, stability and an excellent manoeuvrability, in waters anywhere in the world.
Vasco Buonpensiere, Cantiere delle Marche sales and marketing director, comments:”We are incredibly satisfied and proud of the positive answers we are getting from the market: after only 11 months from our birth, we confirm our presence to the most important events of the year, first of all Cannes and Genova. I believe that our vessels, represented this year in Cannes for the first time by our 86 Darwin Class yacht “Vitadimare 3”, mark an important turning point in the world of shipbuilding. “Vitadimare 3” has its mission in its name: a centric vision of the sea both for the shipyard and for the owner, who wants to live the sea in its genuine and natural aspect.
“Vitadimare 3” is the first model of Darwin Class portfolio, that includes a wide rage of vessels of different sizes - 75, 86, 95 and 105 feet – all falling within the Darwin Class, designed and planned by Sergio Cutolo’s Hydro Tec srl.
